A Seventh Floor Parisian style apartment near Lord’s Cricket Ground

This three bedroom apartment in St John’s Wood, London required a full interior refurbishment by its new owners.  This luxury residential interior design project was inspired by the client’s time living in Paris – they desired a space that reflected the effortless elegance and timeless charm of Parisian interiors.

It was essential for the rooms to feel bright and airy, filled with natural light and enhanced by classic architectural details. We added intricate mouldings to the walls and doors and restored the existing herringbone flooring. The design features a sophisticated, warm neutral palette combined with a variety of textures, alongside marble and brass elements.

To stay within budget, we opted for a refresh of the bathrooms since they were still in good condition and only required cosmetic updates. We retained the existing sanitaryware, installed new tiles and updated the colour of the cabinetry to align with the apartment’s new colour scheme.

All furniture and fabrics were selected and procured by Tania who also designed all the joinery for this project — a hallmark of Tania Azadian Interiors’ personal, end-to-end approach to high-end residential interior design across London and beyond.
